Activities
- Meeting business objectives and sales targets for the territory. Accountable for sales, new customer acquisition and market development activities.
- Reporting and maintaining information pertaining to day to day work, surgery tracker and user database.
- Providing in surgery service support to users as and when deemed appropriate.
- Ensuring performance of distributor and its sales team with respect to service end users.
- Responsible for executing local events and training activities to create procedural awareness in local surgeon communities.
Profile
Graduates with good communication skills, Experience in orthopaedic implants and instruments is a must.

Regional Sales Manager– Trauma
Activities
- Preparing regional business plans, Setting Distributor wise target, New Distributor appointments.Developing business and meeting business objectives and sales targets for the territory.
- Transferring core selling skills to TSM/ASM, Focus on value added functions. Effective Monitoring & Performance evaluation of TSM/ASM .
- Directly accountable for achievement of business objectives and sales targets to large institutions and government hospitals in the territory.Motivating and ensuring performance of distributors and distributor sales team within the designed region.
Profile
Graduates with man management/ dealer management skills, Good communication, Experience in Medical device Industry, especially orthopaedic implants and instruments would be an added advantage.

Zonal Sales Manager
Activities
- Zonal Planning:
- Preparing Zonal business plans and prioritization for all products.
- Meeting business objectives and sales targets for the Zone.
- Identifying new markets, areas of potential business growth within the zone.
- Aiding Regional Sales Managers for team building and monitoring for the Zone. Monitoring and analysing reports, performance, activities of team members in the zone.
- Analyzing market, competition, distributor coverage and market penetration in the zone.
- Prioritization and execution of company presence in scientific conference and events in the zone. Ensuring KOL relationship development across product lines.
Profile
